In our latest dive into the Global Human Capital Trends survey, belonging takes the spotlight, with a staggering 79% acknowledging its pivotal role in organizational success. A whopping 93% agree that a sense of belonging is the driving force behind organizational performance. However, despite the apparent positivity, a mere 34% of employees remain engaged, as per Gallup data. The culprit? Factors like managerial oversight, lackluster communication, and a foggy organizational mission.​
