Speak at E2W Live 2025

Calling All Culture Rebels, Leadership Truth-Tellers, and Employee Experience Icons. This isn’t your average conference — and we’re not looking for average speakers.

We want bold. We want brave. We want people with a point of view and the passion to back it up.

If you’ve got something to teach, a story to share, or a strategy that sparked real change — this is your stage.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re curating a speaker lineup full of educators, energizers, and disruptors — people who bring substance, spark, and zero fluff. Whether you're a seasoned speaker or a first-timer with a powerful message, we care less about your title and more about your impact.

Great E2W Live speakers are:

  • Bold and unapologetic in their perspective

  • Passionate about people and the power of real engagement

  • Willing to educate, not just perform

  • Inclusive, accessible, and audience-focused

  • Committed to leaving attendees better than they found them

This is your shot to lead a conversation that matters — not just recycle the same case study you gave at a dozen webinars last year.

Core Topics & Themes

Choose Your Path to Winning

Each track offers its own flavor of disruption and depth — and your voice could be the one that brings it to life.

When applying to speak at E2W Live, you'll be asked to select the track (or tracks) that best align with your topic. Yes, you can apply to more than one. We know your brilliance can’t always be boxed in — so if your expertise spans multiple lanes, go for it. Just be clear in your application how your message fits within each track's theme.

Whether you're delivering a solo session, joining a fireside chat, or contributing to a panel, every speaker at E2W Live is expected to bring insight, energy, and something new to the table — no recycled webinar fluff allowed.

Track Themes & Speaker Fit

Attract to Win - Because great engagement starts with great positioning.

This track is all about employer branding that doesn’t try too hard, value propositions that resonate, and candidate experiences that convert. If you’ve led a magnetic rebrand, built a reputation that attracts the right people, or know how to stand out in a sea of sameness — this is your stage. Think bold messaging, authentic storytelling, and brand-led engagement that starts before day one.

Belong to Win - Diversity without inclusion is decoration.

This track is a deep dive into the structures and practices that move us beyond checkboxes and toward true belonging. We’re looking for voices who can speak to psychological safety, intersectionality, accessibility, and the nuance of identity at work. If you’ve built programs that create space, shifted language or systems to be more inclusive, or turned lived experience into lasting impact — this is where your story belongs.

Build to Win - Laying foundations that don’t crumble under pressure.

For those shaping the moments that define how culture is lived — not just spoken. From onboarding that sticks to scalable engagement frameworks, this track focuses on creating systems and experiences that grow with the business. If you’ve designed an EVP that actually holds up, architected culture intentionally, or turned chaotic onboarding into strategic acceleration, we want to hear how you did it.

Care to Win - Because companies that care, win — period.

This is where purpose meets practice. We’re looking for stories and strategies that center employee well-being, sustainability, social impact, and corporate responsibility — not as side projects, but as business imperatives. Whether you’ve championed mental health, led values-based initiatives, or built care into your culture in a way that’s measurable and meaningful, this is your zone.

Communicate to Win - Because if your messaging sucks, nothing else sticks.

Internal comms is often the unsung hero of engagement — and we’re ready to give it the spotlight it deserves. This track is for those who know how to craft messages that move people, not just inform them. If you’ve led change communications, crisis response, internal storytelling, or built campaigns that united and inspired your people, bring the receipts.

Develop to Win - Because dead-end jobs don’t build loyalty.

This track is for champions of growth: career pathing, internal mobility, learning ecosystems, and coaching cultures that drive real development. We want speakers who’ve created learning experiences that don’t just tick boxes, but actually unlock potential. If you’ve built a mentorship program, revamped L&D, or redefined what growth looks like in your company — step right up.

Flex to Win - Because rigid work models lose people fast.

Work has changed — and so must our structures. This track explores all things flexible: hybrid models, asynchronous collaboration, job sharing, and beyond. If you’ve led the charge on adaptive work strategies or created policies that support productivity without burnout, your story could help others finally let go of the old rules.

Innovate to Win - Engagement doesn’t live in a spreadsheet.

This is the home of AI-powered tools, immersive learning experiences, and unexpected ideas that push people strategy into the future. If you’ve implemented technology that enhances culture (not replaces it), or you’re reimagining how people interact with work through innovation, this is where you belong.

Lead to Win - Managers make or break your culture. Period.

We’re not interested in leadership lip service. This track is for those who’ve led with empathy, built trust, and shifted power dynamics for good. If you’ve redefined leadership in your org, coached others through that transformation, or created frameworks that hold people leaders accountable — this is your space to share.

Listen to Win - Engagement starts when you shut up and listen.

This one’s all about employee voice — and what happens after the survey. If you’ve built systems for meaningful feedback, facilitated listening sessions that led to action, or implemented co-creation models where employees drive the change, this is the stage to amplify that work.

Measure to Win - If you can’t prove it, don’t call it engagement.

Culture is not a vibe — it’s a strategy. This track is where people metrics, KPIs, and ROI live. If you’ve built dashboards that tie engagement to business outcomes, created tools that prove the impact of culture investments, or made the business case for prioritizing people — we want the numbers and the narrative.

Network to Win - Connection is the currency of belonging.

This track is for those who’ve created meaningful relationships within organizations — from ERGs to cross-functional collaborations to global team-building strategies. If you’ve built communities that feel like home (not hollow HR initiatives), we want to hear about it.

Play to Win - Because fun isn’t frivolous — it’s fuel.

Recognition, joy, and celebration aren’t fluff — they’re strategy. This track is for those injecting humanity into the day-to-day. If you’ve led a culture of play, used gamification to drive outcomes, or found creative ways to build morale and motivation, we want your secrets.

Recruit to Win - Because the candidate experience is the employee experience.

This track tackles hiring strategy through an engagement lens. If you’ve reinvented the candidate journey, eliminated bias, championed skills-based hiring, or brought your brand to life in the recruiting process, we want to showcase how great engagement begins before the offer is signed.

Retain to Win - Stop bleeding talent and start building trust.

Retention isn’t about golden handcuffs — it’s about clarity, connection, and credibility. This track is for those who’ve turned around attrition, re-engaged the disengaged, or built trust through honest conversations and transparent systems. If people stay because of what you’ve built — this is where you speak.

Reward to Win - Because appreciation without compensation is just manipulation.

This track is for those tackling pay equity, total rewards strategy, and meaningful recognition systems that go beyond shoutouts and sheet cake. If you’ve built a rewards structure that shows people they matter — in action, not just in words — we want your insight here.

FAQ's

Do I need to be a professional speaker?
Nope. We’re not here for perfectly polished stage pros — we’re here for people with real insight, real impact, and something worth saying. Whether you’re a seasoned keynoter or a passionate practitioner with a fresh perspective, we care more about your message than your mic skills.

Is there a cost to speak?
No. E2W Live is a no-pay-to-play platform. Speakers are selected on merit and alignment, not sponsorship dollars.

Will speakers be paid?
We are not currently offering compensation for speakers. This is a community-led, mission-driven event built to elevate bold voices and fresh ideas — not to sell slots or fill a stage with the usual suspects. What we do offer is a spotlight, meaningful exposure, professional branding support, and complimentary evergreen access to the full event.

Can I co-present with a colleague or client?
Yes! We welcome dynamic duos, case study pairs, and diverse perspectives — especially across functions, geographies, or lived experiences.

Can I pitch my product or service?
This isn’t a sales pitch platform, and we won’t allow overt promotion during sessions. However, we’re happy to include links to your business, services, or offers in your official speaker bio and post-event materials.

What are the event dates & times?
We are finalizing the schedule, but we anticipate hosting our first live event in October 2025. Timings will likely be consistent with a North America Timezone. Sign up for the mailing list to receive updates and speaker prep timelines as they’re confirmed.

Can I pre-record my session?
Yes. Speakers will have the option to pre-record their presentations, especially for solo sessions or talks that require tighter production. We’ll provide technical guidance and editorial support to make sure it shines.

Will the recordings be available for download after the event?
Speakers will receive promotional clips and teaser reels to help boost visibility and share highlights. Attendees who purchase an evergreen access pass (provided free to all speakers) will have on-demand access to all sessions post-event — but full presentations will not be downloadable.

Can I include handouts, workbooks, or digital resources?
Absolutely. If your session includes tools, guides, or interactive content, we’ll work with you to polish and deliver them to attendees in a way that enhances the experience and supports your message.

What does the application process entail?
You’ll be asked to submit a short synopsis of your session idea, including the track it aligns with, what you plan to share, and why it matters. We’ll also ask for details on your experience or background in the topic area, and what format you prefer (solo session, fireside chat, panel, etc.).

Can I nominate someone else to speak?
Yes! If you know someone with a message the world needs to hear, we’d love to meet them. You can nominate a speaker and suggest what you think they should speak on — just be sure you have their permission to submit on their behalf.
